Training Program on Action Research for CRCCs – DIET Charaideo
Action research fosters a culture of inquiry among teachers, aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 call for continuous teacher development through self-reflection and contextual problem solving.
NEP 2020 envisions a transformational change in the education system to enhance quality, equity, and inclusiveness. In this context, action research becomes a vital tool for educators and institutions to address real-time challenges and improve teaching-learning processes.
DIET Charaideo organized a two-day orientation programme on Action Research for Cluster Resource Centre Coordinators (CRCCs) of:
- Sonari Education Block on 23rd December 2024
- Sapekhati Education Block on 24th December 2024
The program was conducted in Charaideo district and coordinated by Mrs. Mina Saikia, Senior Lecturer, DIET Charaideo. The resource person for both sessions was Mrs. Runima Saikia Dutta.
