On 16th and 17th of October 2021, a community service programme was held in DIET Sivasagar, Sonari, as a part of School Internship. Due Covid restrictions, this year, the school internship programme was held as a community service event for the students. The students were divided into certain groups and each group was allotted with a special task like; cleaning of the classroom, arrangement of furniture in proper order, making of trees in white paint etc. The next day a tree plantation program was held and the new additions to the infrastructure were inaugurated by the esteemed principal and lecturers of DIET Sivasagar, Sonari. Also, a community feast was held by the fraternity of DIET Sivasagar, Sonari with full joy and celebration. The programme was Cordinated by Mrs. Deepa Rani gogoi, Lecturer, DIET, Sivasagar, Sonari
