Training Programme on Action Research

Action Research fosters a culture of inquiry among teachers, aligning with NEP’s call for continuous teacher development through self-reflection and contextual problem solving. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 envisions a transformational change in the education system to enhance quality, equity, and inclusiveness.

In this context, Action Research becomes a vital tool for educators and institutions.

DIET Charaideo organised a two-day orientation programme on Action Research for CRCCs of Sonari Education Block on 23/12/2024 and Sapekhati Education Block on 24/12/2024 in Charaideo district.

The programme was coordinated by Mrs. Mina Saikia, Senior Lecturer, and the Resource Person was Mrs. Runima Saikia Dutta.
