TEACHING–LEARNING MATERIALS EXHIBITION AND COMPETITION (FOUNDATIONAL LITERACY AND NUMERACY)

On 26th November 2025, a Teaching–Learning Materials (TLM) Exhibition and Competition focusing on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) was successfully organized at Kachumari Higher Secondary School under the Sonari Education Block.

The programme aimed at encouraging innovative classroom practices and the effective use of locally developed teaching–learning materials to strengthen foundational learning outcomes among students.

Senior Lecturer Shri Netra Gogoi and Lecturer Shri Bhaskar Jyoti Das from the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Charaideo, Sonari, were present on the occasion as judges. They evaluated the exhibits and presentations based on creativity, pedagogical relevance, and their applicability in achieving the objectives of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy.

The event provided a valuable platform for teachers to showcase their innovative ideas, exchange best practices, and enhance their professional competencies in the field of foundational education.
