TEACHERS’ DAY CELEBRATION AND BOOK LAUNCH OF ‘MUR PRIYA SIKHAGURU’ AT DIET CHARAIDEO

Like the rest of the nation, DIET Charaideo celebrated the day with great enthusiasm and dignity. The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp before the portrait of Dr. Radhakrishnan, symbolizing deep respect and reverence for the noble teaching profession. On this significant occasion, a book titled ‘Mur Priya Sikhaguru’, prepared by the second-semester trainees as a tribute to their cherished teachers, was formally released.

While launching the book, the Honourable Principal, Shri Biman Chandra Dutta, appreciated the initiative and remarked that it provided the trainees with a meaningful platform to express their gratitude towards their mentors. He further encouraged them to aspire to become dedicated and successful teachers committed to strengthening the education system. It is noteworthy that DIET Charaideo has been organizing book releases on Teachers’ Day since last year as part of its evolving academic tradition.

A thoughtfully crafted video presentation was also produced to highlight the essence and thematic depth of the book, adding a creative dimension to the celebration.
