School Internship Programme for 4th semester trainee
The School Internship Programme was conducted from April to June across various schools in Charaideo district as part of the practical training of D.El.Ed. trainees. The programme aimed to provide trainees with hands-on teaching experience and an understanding of the functioning of schools.
Each school was assigned a mentor teacher who guided and supervised the trainees throughout the internship. The mentors observed their classroom teaching, assessed their teaching methods and classroom management skills, and provided constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. This guidance helped the trainees strengthen their pedagogical competencies, develop confidence, and enhance their professional skills for effective teaching.
