RESIDENTIAL ORIENTATION PROGRAMME ON TEACHING METHODOLOGY

A 3-day Residential Orientation Programme on Teaching Methodology for teachers of Science and Mathematics was organized by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA), in association with the Assam Science Society and the State Academic Council, Assam, from 20th to 22nd May 2024 at Royal Global University, Guwahati.

The objective of the training programme was to guide teachers on the effective use of the Teacher Energized Resource Manual (TERM) to help align their classroom transactions with a competency-based framework.

The goal of the Teacher Energized Resource Manual (TERM) is to provide teachers with competency-based educational resources aligned to NCERT textbooks, supporting them in achieving desired learning outcomes and fostering the development of essential learner competencies.

Faculty members from DIET Sivasagar, Deepa Rani Gogoi, Senior Lecturer, and Dreamly Dutta, Lecturer, attended the training programme.
