Best out of Waste

To promote awareness on waste management and recycling, Mrs. Smriti Rekha Chetia, Work Experience Teacher of the institute, guided the first semester D.El.Ed. trainees (2023–2025 batch) in the preparation of aesthetically appealing wall hangings. The items were crafted using dried betel nut sheaths, various dried leaves, seeds, hay, husk and other natural waste materials. This activity aimed to foster creativity and innovation by encouraging the transformation of waste into functional and decorative product.
