77th REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION AT DIET CHARAIDEO, SONARI

The 77th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour at DIET Charaideo, Sonari. The Honourable Principal, Shri Biman Chandra Duttadeva, unfurled the National Flag, paid homage to the makers of the Indian Constitution, and urged all present to uphold constitutional values and serve the nation with sincerity and dedication. :)

As part of the Republic Day celebrations, a tableau competition was organized by the Charaideo District Administration at Sonari Public Playground. The tableau prepared by DIET Charaideo secured the first prize for its meaningful representation and contribution in the field of education, bringing laurels to the institute. :D

The tableau showcased a specially designed bridge language resource titled “PIPLI”, meaning butterfly, developed for teachers and children of tea garden areas. The presentation highlighted the importance of mother tongue-based learning and reflected DIET Charaideo’s commitment to inclusive and context-sensitive education. :)

The tableau also depicted the emblem symbolizing the thirty-year-long journey of DIET Charaideo. Prominent visuals included the attractive cover page of PIPLI, two flying butterflies, a pencil, the institute building, a school with children and teachers, and a vibrant open-air classroom under a tree, where children were portrayed joyfully learning in their own mother tongue—capturing the true spirit of foundational education and cultural harmony. ;)
