FAREWELL MEETING (2023–24 BATCH)

The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Charaideo, Sonari, organized a farewell meeting for the trainees of the 2023–25 batch on 8th September 2025. The program commenced with the traditional welcome of the departing trainees, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. The meeting began with a choral performance and was presided over by the Principal, Shri Biman Chandra Dutta. In his address, the Principal congratulated the trainees on the successful completion of their two-year course and advised them to dedicate themselves to the noble profession of teaching in order to serve the interests of both society and students.

Academic officials of the institute extended their best wishes to the graduating trainees and expressed their hopes for the fulfillment of the trainees’ future aspirations. The outgoing trainees shared fond memories of their time at DIET Charaideo, while the second-semester trainees expressed their sentiments of nostalgia regarding the moments spent with their seniors. To mark the occasion, the trainees presented various cultural performances, including dances, songs, and poetry recitations, which enriched the program and made it more memorable.
