WELCOME CEREMONY (2025–27 BATCH)

The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Charaideo, Sonari, formally welcomed the trainees of the 2025–27 batch on 5th September 2025. The program was chaired by the Principal, Shri Biman Chandra Dutta, who delivered the welcome address. In his speech, he urged the trainees to uphold three guiding principles – Regularity, Sincerity, and Punctuality. He further emphasized that DIET provides an ideal platform for professional and creative growth, and advised the trainees to make full use of the opportunities available to them.

The academic officers of the institute, along with trainees of the second and fourth semesters, addressed the gathering and extended their best wishes to the newcomers. The newly admitted trainees, in turn, shared their thoughts and expressed their enthusiasm on joining the institute. The program was further enriched by cultural performances, including songs, dances, and poetry recitations, which added vibrancy to the occasion.
