Shiksha Saptah Celebration – 4th Anniversary of NEP 2020

On the occasion of Shiksha Saptah, from 23rd to 28th July 2024, marking the 4th anniversary of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the fraternity of DIET Sivasagar, Sonari celebrated the event with a range of inventive and engaging activities. These activities were conducted as per the directives from NCERT, CIET, New Delhi and SCERT, Assam.

The celebration included themed days such as:

• FLN Day (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy)
• Eco-Club for Mission LiFE / School Nutrition Day
• TLM Day (Teaching-Learning Materials)
• Sports Day
• Technology in Education Divas
• Skilling Day
• Community Involvement Day
• Cultural Day

All the events were effectively coordinated by the faculty members of DIET under the able guidance of the Principal, Mr. Biman Ch. Dutta. The celebrations witnessed enthusiastic and whole-hearted participation from the trainees of the institute.
