BOOK INAUGURATION CEREMONY – DIET CHARAIDEO

On 23rd September 2024, two books titled "Funny Tales of Our Grandparents" and "Assorted Oral Folklores of Our Tea-Community Friends" were formally inaugurated by the Principal of DIET Charaideo, Mr. Biman Ch. Dutta, and Prof. Gopal Ch. Hazarika, retired Professor of Mathematics, Dibrugarh University.

Funny Tales of Our Grandparents is an endeavour to highlight the memorable moments of childhood spent in the warmth and affection of grandparents.

Assorted Oral Folklores of Our Tea-Community Friends attempts to depict the oral folklores of the tea-community tribes that have been passed down through generations.

Both books have been written by the teacher-trainees of the institute under the expert supervision of Mrs. Parinita Hazarika, Lecturer at DIET Charaideo, and have been well received as library resources.
