District Coordinator, District Level Bal Vaigyanik Pradarshani (DLBVP) 2025 – Sivasagar District

The District Level Bal Vaigyanik Pradarshani (DLBVP) for Sivasagar district was successfully held on 17th May 2025 at Desang Sukanpukhuri High School. The event featured participation from 7 enthusiastic groups of students.

The exhibition was judged by distinguished academicians — Dr. Prabhat Chandra Nath, Associate Professor, Department of Botany, Sibsagar University, and Mr. Manash Pratim Gogoi, Assistant Professor, Department of Geology, Sibsagar University.

The primary objectives of DLBVP 2025 were to foster scientific temper, creativity, and innovation among students by promoting problem-solving skills and connecting science and mathematics to real-life scenarios. The event also aimed to raise awareness about sustainability, discover budding scientific talent, encourage the exchange of ideas, and prepare students for participation in higher-level exhibitions.

Out of the participating teams, five were selected to represent Sivasagar district at the State Level Bal Vaigyanik Pradarshani 2025, which will be organized by DIET Barpeta.

The programme was coordinated by Mrs. Dreamly Dutta, Lecturer, DIET Sivasagar Sonari, under the overall guidance and leadership of Mr. Biman Chandra Dutta, Principal, DIET Charaideo.
